Zhengkong Electric Group Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise that integrates development, design, production, sales, and service. It is a manufacturer designated by the former Ministry of Machinery, Ministry of Electric Power Industry, and Ministry of Coal to produce box type substations below 40.5KV, complete sets of high and low voltage switchgear, automation control equipment, etc. It is also a production enterprise recognized by the National Economic and Trade Commission as one of the three batches of equipment required for the construction and renovation of urban and rural power grids in China. It is a member unit of the China Electrical Industry Association, a high-tech enterprise in Henan Province, a provincial-level enterprise technology center, and an authorized manufacturer by Schneider in France. It is a joint-stock enterprise in the national electrical industry with production and sales exceeding 100 million yuan. The Zheng Kong brand is renowned throughout the country.
Our company was founded in August 1986 and was converted into a joint-stock enterprise in June 2006. The industrial park covers an area of 400 acres, with fixed assets of 250 million yuan. We currently have 350 employees, including 160 high-level and intermediate technical personnel, accounting for 45% of the total number of employees. Our annual production and sales capacity is 500 million yuan. In 2017, we had 800 box type substations, 7800 sets of high-voltage switchgear, and 3400 sets of low-voltage switchgear, achieving a sales revenue of 350 million yuan. In recent years, through technical cooperation with Schneider Electric, Kinmanke, and ABB companies in France, independent research and development centers have been established, provincial enterprise technology centers have been obtained, domestic and foreign patents have been obtained through independent innovation, and the product structure has been optimized and upgraded, rapidly developing into a large-scale enterprise in the national high and low voltage switchgear industry.

●Product types

The main products include: KYN series (KYN66, KYN61, KYN28A, KYN48, KYN18) high-voltage handcart cabinets, HXGN series (compressed air, vacuum, SF6) high-voltage ring network switchgear, XGN2 series high-voltage vacuum switchgear, MNS, GCS and GGD series low-voltage switchgear, XBZ1 series box type substation, ZKS series buried box type substation, XL series distribution box, ZKB meter box, GCQ1 series cable tray, CZKX series bus duct, etc., with a total of 12 categories and 45 series of 760 specifications. Among them, 27 series of products have been included in the national recommended product catalog for urban and rural power grid construction and renovation by the State Economic and Trade Commission.

● Quality assurance system

In terms of quality management, we firmly establish the belief that product quality is the life of the enterprise, and have formulated a quality policy of "technological innovation, reputation first, and customer satisfaction". Since 1997, our company has established a quality assurance model for design, development, production, and service in accordance with the requirements of the international ISO9001 quality assurance system. In the same year, we were the first in the industry to pass the ISO9001:1994 quality system certification of the China Quality Certification Center, achieving a documented, computerized, and systematic management system, and strictly controlling the entire process of product formation in accordance with ISO9001 standards. In October 2000, our company passed a new round of quality system certification review and obtained the ISO9001:2000 version of the quality system certificate. In early 2002, we passed the ISO14001 environmental management system certification. At the end of 2002, our products passed the "CCC" certification of the China Quality Certification Center, and all obtained certificates to ensure the effectiveness of the system. Our company's products have undergone strict type testing and technical appraisal, and have received a series of commendations and rewards from the Ministry of Machinery Industry, Ministry of Electronics Industry, Ministry of Construction, National Economic and Trade Commission, National Science and Technology Commission, as well as Henan Province and Zhengzhou City for their excellent quality. And it has passed the product quality supervision of the national quality supervision department multiple times, without any quality non-compliance.

●Production equipment

For many years, our company has adhered to a high starting point and large investment, introduced excellent equipment, manufacturing processes, and production technology and equipment to reach the level of the national high and low voltage switch industry. We have multiple large high-precision CNC key equipment and electrostatic powder production lines from Germany and Japan. We have dedicated equipment for factory testing of a complete set of products, equipped with power frequency withstand voltage testing devices, high-voltage switch mechanical characteristic testers, relay protection detectors, circuit resistance measurement testing devices, etc., which enables our company to have the ability to conduct factory inspection of high and low voltage switchgear sets of 40.5KV and below according to national standards. And for the development of new products and improvement of old products, design verification is carried out, providing design basis and necessary guarantee for product quality control, further enhancing product development and production capacity. In 1997, our company began implementing computer network system management, which fully connected product design and development. We introduced CAD computer-aided design system management and achieved good results.
