1. Our unit provides the necessary training facilities and courses to ensure that the engineering personnel of the owner have a comprehensive understanding and comprehension of the design, daily operation, troubleshooting and routine maintenance, accident handling and resolution of the systems, equipment and devices provided by the contracting unit.

2. The training will be conducted in the classroom and on site. Our unit will prepare a detailed training plan in advance, listing the outline of each course, training instructor information, and training time required, and submit it to the architect/engineer for review. At the same time, our unit proposes the qualification requirements that each trainee should have for each course, so that the relevant training can achieve the expected results.

3. Our unit will appoint mentors to carry out each training task. All qualifications of mentors should be submitted to engineers for review and approval first.

4. Our unit provides and explains relevant design materials, documents, drawings, etc. to trainees, so that they can proficiently master all aspects of the entire system.

5. With the consent of the owner, our unit may use the installed, tested, and commissioned devices and equipment to provide training to the owner's engineering personnel. However, our unit will not use the spare parts required under this contract for training purposes. Our unit will provide sufficient materials, equipment, samples, models, copies of internal perspective data of the equipment, slides, videos, and other necessary training materials to facilitate the training work. After the training course is completed, the relevant equipment and materials will belong to the owner, so that the owner can provide auxiliary training for other employees in the future. All textbook documents are explained in Chinese.

6. The cost of the above-mentioned training is included in the contract price of this contracting unit. However, additional expenses incurred during training, such as accommodation and transportation expenses for trainees, are not included in the contract price.
